<h1>Scheduling a Configuration</h1>

You can also schedule a Calendar Integration Discovery at our [https://ivs.help booking site] under Schedule a Support Session. During that call, we will discuss the prerequisites for configuring your VALT server to integrate with your M365 environment.

<h1>Required Information</h1>
In order to configure and setup Calendar Integration with VALT, the following information needs to be setup:

*Your environment must utilize Microsoft AD/Azure(M365 or Microsoft 365).
*Rooms
**Each VALT Room must be associated with the email address of a Microsoft 365 Resource Room mailbox.
***This allows the room to receive and manage calendar bookings
*Users
**Each VALT User must be associated with an email address that has an active Microsoft 365 mail license.
***This allows the user to create, view, and manage calendar events
*All accounts that are going to be used with calendars require a Microsoft 365 Business Basic License
