=What is Happening=
On March 2nd of 2022, live streaming will cease to function on older versions of VALT set to the Ultra Low Latency Player ('''ULL''') due to the expiration of the ULL streaming license. Affected systems are those running versions 5.2 and 5.3 and certain systems running earlier builds of 5.4.

To resume normal operation on affected systems, the ULL license needs to be updated to extend the expiration date. ULL support can be extended until 2023 for systems running 5.2 and can be extended until 2030 for systems running 5.3 and 5.4. The following license key is valid until 2023 and can be used in the Server.xml file in VALT 5.2.

The expiration of the ULL license on older versions of VALT has always been planned to occur on 03/02/2022, at the time your system was installed, this issue was likely multiple years away, and if your system has been kept up-to-date with our regular maintenance schedule, then it is unaffected.
