This message indicates someone has locked this room for privacy reasons. Only users with proper permissions are able to unlock the room.

You do not have access to view active session
This message indicates that the user trying to observe the cameras does not have access to view them while the active recording is in progress. This is associated with that user's Video Access, located under User and Groups / User Permissions.
