IVS understands the difficulties of becoming a new administrator to a system you don't know much about. This page aims to provide you with some basic tools and resources to help kick start your new journey!


Where to Even Start?

Many people come into a project without even understanding what VALT is. This can be difficult and frustrating when you are being asked to manage a project; be an administrator for the entire system; or even just help with IT configurations for some product you have never heard of! Let's start with the basics.

Rest Admin Password

We are here to help!

IVS understands that the situation sometimes arises where the admin password for VALT is forgotten, or a new user is taking over administrative access for VALT, but was not given the credentials. To reset the admin password, one must follow the instructions below.


What we need

In order for IVS to reset the local administrator password, a signed document on official organizational letterhead must be provided to the IVS team.


What to include

The document must:
☑ explicitly state that IVS is being instructed to perform this reset.
☑ include who the new administrator will be, as well as their role.
☑ be sent to the support team at support@ipivs.com for processing.
