If your videos will not download when using the Chrome or Edge browsers follow the steps below to correct the problem.

  1. Click on the lock icon to the right of the URL in the browser.

  2. Click on Site Settings.

  3. Change Insecure Content to Allow.

  4. Reload the Page.
