- Disabled unattended-upgrades service prior to starting the upgrade.
- Enabled unattended-upgrades service after completing the upgrade.
- Added update of all ubuntu packages to upgrade process.
- Forces ValtUpgrade script to run in screen.
- Moved update of PHP to version available on ondrej repos to start of update process.
