Fixes
- Fixed VALT Menu Set Time zone option to set time zone correctly across all config files
- Templates Not Displaying Errors When Saving/Updating
- Cannot use Special Characters in Recording Names (&, ", <, >) etc.
- Starting a recording after pinning the metadata panel does not update the panel to reflect that recording's metadata
