IVS understands that the situation sometimes arises where the admin password for VALT is forgotten, or a new user is taking over administrative access for VALT, but was not given the credentials. To reset the admin password, one must follow the instructions below.
In order for IVS to reset the local administrator password, a signed document on official organizational letterhead must be provided to the IVS team.
What to include
- The document must:
- *explicitly state that IVS is being instructed to perform this reset.
- *include who the new administrator will be, as well as their role.
- *be sent to the support team at support@ipivs.com for processing.
Once provided, the support team can assist with resetting the admin password for the web application.
