Application Fixes
- Fixed issue that prevented users from seeing Shared Link content while not logged into VALT
- Fixed issue that threw a 500 error when unmapped SSO users attempted to log in
- Fixed issue that threw a 500 error when uploading an SSO metadata file without the XML version header
- Fixed bug that allowed users without proper video access to stop other users' active scheduled recordings
- Fixed bug that prevented users without the Recording/Change Author right to record
