Use the following tools to find IP and System settings and Firmware information.


Device Maintenance

  1. Network settings- click here to set IP's
  2. Clear configuration- we will need to do this if we are sending a brand new config to the device
  3. Update firmware. Plan for this to take between 30-60 minutes
  4. System ID for user interface configuration

  1. Assign IP’s here
  2. The Control and AVB ports will each have their own IP's. Switch between Control and AVB here

  1. If we are using an AVB switch or any ancillary devices, enable AVB here
