Fixed LDAPS authentication method issue
- Added configuration variable USE_LDAPSEARCH_INSTEAD_OF_LDAP_BIND

Technical Features

Added command to update video directories using VALT 5 ID format to VALT 6 ID format

Technical Changes

Added symlink for the .env.local file to VALT's conf directory
