Application

Fixed issue in Observe where streams or rooms drag-and-dropped into the grid panel would never load
Fixed issue in Observe where saving a View with a 3-panel grid would incorrectly save as a 4-panel grid
Fixed UI issue in Admin Help Configuration page that did not display borders for each Help Tile
