Fixed issue on the Users & Groups page that blocked user interaction with the bottom of the user list
Fixed issue on the recording playback page where comments were not word-wrapping
Fixed issue that sometimes redirected users to the VALT login page when navigating to the shared link of a live observation stream
Fixed issue that rounded down instead of up when stepping through PTZ Zoom increments

Removed vulnerable versions of React (CVE-2025-55182)
