Playback timeline can not be controlled and does not advance

This issue only affects software versions older than 5.0. If you are experiencing this issue and are interested in upgrading, please use our Booking Calendar.

1.) Click on the file within the search results, as shown below:

2.) Do not click anything after the video loads.
Playback i2.jpg
3.) Advance the timeline slightly using the playback bar.
Playback i3.jpg
4.) Press Play.
Playback i4.jpg
5.) The video should play back normally, as shown below:
