Playback timeline can not be controlled and does not advance
This issue only affects software versions older than 5.0. If you are experiencing this issue and are interested in upgrading, please use our Booking Calendar.
- 1.) Click on the file within the search results, as shown below:
- 2.) Do not click anything after the video loads.
- 3.) Advance the timeline slightly using the playback bar.
- 4.) Press Play.
- 5.) The video should play back normally, as shown below:
