Changed restartwowza script to no longer restart apache. (scripts/restartwowza)
Issues resolved with valtcontrols crashing

Changes

Added "-y" flag at end of "apt install openjdk-16-jdk" command in OSChanges function so VALT Upgrades no longer prompt for interactive responses during apt updates
Removal of Pause button to address the corruption of videos
