VALT POC Appliance

The VALT POC Appliance is a small form factor PC running Ubuntu 14.04 LTS, with the VALT video recording software installed. The appliance includes all the software and licenses necessary to demonstrate the VALT application with one camera and one iPad in your own environment.

The appliance comes preconfigured with the default IP address of 192.168.5.2.

The appliance can be reconfigured with a new IP address to connect it to your network using the command line menu. Connect a keyboard and monitor to the appliance, then follow the instructions in the URL below:

VALT POC Virtual Appliance

The VALT POC Virtual Appliance is prebuilt virtual machine with the VALT video recording software installed. The appliance includes all the software necessary to demonstrate the VALT application with one camera and one iPad in your own environment.

Instructions for downloading and installing the VALT virtual appliance can be found at the following URLs:

The appliance comes preconfigured with the default IP address of 192.168.0.99.

The appliance must be reconfigured with a new IP address to connect it to your network using the command line menu. Follow the instructions in the URL below:

VALT POC Camera and Stand

The VALT POC Camera and Stand is a self contained demo unit. The POC unit incorporates a PTZ IP camera, a fixed dome camera, and many of the accessories available for use with a VALT appliance.

It includes the following components.

All the components are pre-wired and the system ships ready to connect to your network. The system also includes an audio jack that can be connected to headphones or a speaker to demonstrate the VALT software's talkback capability.

The camera has a default IP address of 192.168.5.3.

VALT POC Wireless AP

The VALT POC system can ship with an included wireless access point.

This wireless access point has a default IP address of 192.168.5.4.
