This issue only affects software versions older than 5.0. If you are experiencing this issue and are interested in upgrading, please use our Booking Calendar.
- 1.) Click on the file within the search results, as shown below.
- 2.) Do not click anything after the video loads.
- 3.) Advance the timeline slightly using the playback bar.
- 4.) Press Play.
- 5.) The video should play back normally, as shown below.
